BRAD TIDWELL
Principal
Mr. Tidwell was formerly DFW Market President for a $7 billion regional bank. As a banker for 20 years he has structured, approved and closed in excess of a billion dollars in real estate transactions. In addition, he was instrumental in the equity raise and founding of The Bank of Las Colinas which was sold in 2012. As an investor he has developed, constructed, managed, structured debt/equity for self-storage, retail, multifamily and industrial projects. Mr.Tidwell has owned, managed and developed in excess of 1,000,000 SF of climate-controlled self storage.

JONATHAN BUCHANAN
Principal
Jonathan Buchanan is native to the DFW area. He has an undergraduate degree in finance from The University of Texas - Arlington and an MBA from The University of Dallas. His professional career has spanned 13 years in commercial banking with a primary focus in commercial real estate finance. Since 2009, Mr. Buchanan has sourced and structured in excess of $ 1 billion worth of commercial transactions including but not limited to the construction and development of multifamily, student housing and self-storage developments throughout Texas and the Southeast United States.

MATT STIMSON
Senior Vice President
Matt Stimson was born and raised in Dallas. Before joining Oak View Capital Partners, Matt spent nearly 10 years in the commercial banking industry. During his banking tenure, Matt underwrote more than $750 million in commercial loan opportunities including large commercial real estate developments. Matt also performed credit risk analysis for publicly traded companies and large institutions. He attended Texas Tech University where he earned an undergraduate degree in Finance with a concentration in Real Estate. In 2022, Matt earned his MBA from Southern Methodist University Cox School of Business.
